Most customers are up and running within 1–2 hours. Upload your product Excel file, we configure the API connections, and the first sync runs immediately.
The system automatically creates it — sets the product code, SKU, description, cost price, assigns your default supplier and adds the unit price to your configured price tier. No manual work required.
Every price change is logged with old price, new price, diff and percentage change. View this on the dashboard or export detailed reports for management or accounting review.
Built-in retry logic with exponential backoff — up to 3 retries with increasing wait periods. Failed syncs are logged and can be retried manually from the dashboard.
Yes. The dashboard has a manual sync button. You can also sync specific product codes individually — useful for testing or urgent updates before quoting a big job.
All API credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables — never in the codebase. All communication uses HTTPS. Authentication tokens expire automatically and refresh securely via OAuth2.
Standard Excel (.xlsx). The system maps columns for product code, description, brand and category. A template is provided during onboarding.
